This means each order received from zootpatrolcomics.com is produced and sent to the customer directly by the third party printer and will be a ‘one off’ This means there is no returns policy in place for ‘returns’.

Damaged or faulty goods. In the rare case of a customer receiving damaged or faulty goods, they should notify zootpatrolcomics.com by using the contact form within 15 days or receiving the goods. The process will then begin to replace the item ‘like for like’ and get that item to the customer free of charge.
